Service Description
Struggling with acne and/or rosacea? This consultation is the first and most important step before starting your Clear Skin Program. Want $35 off this consultation? Take the free Acne Quiz before we meet. You will arrive already understanding how acne works, so our hour goes entirely to your skin. Here’s what happens during your one-hour consultation: • Review your skin history in detail • Explain how acne-prone skin works and why acne develops • Identify your personal triggers and lifestyle factors contributing to breakouts After your consultation, the next step is to begin your Clear Skin Program. This is where treatment officially starts. Most of my clients work with me virtually. Whether you’re in New York, anywhere in the U.S., or across the world, the Clear Skin Program works the same. As a certified Acne Expert, I build your treatment plan once you start the Clear Skin Program, using professional-grade products I trust, including Face Reality, TiZO, and other selected lines. The consultation fee is separate and does not apply toward treatments or products.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment. When you book, that time is reserved just for you, so cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service. If you arrive more than 15 to 20 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment, and the fee may apply. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients.
