Thank you for shopping with face time skin boutique. This policy explains how online orders, payments, shipping, pickup, and returns work, so you always know what to expect. By placing an order on facetimeclinicnyc.com, you agree to the terms below.

 

Orders & Payment

 

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your card is charged when the order is placed.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

  • We ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days; delivery time then depends on the carrier.

  • We offer a single flat shipping rate, so your shipping cost stays the same no matter which state you’re in. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

  • Orders over $400 ship free.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not able to redirect packages once they ship, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

  • Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us so we can help.

  • We also ship outside the United States. International shipping cost depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout.

 

Local Pickup at the Boutique

  • Prefer to skip shipping? Select Order Pickup at checkout and collect your order at our NoMad boutique in Manhattan.

  • We will email you as soon as your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation. Orders not collected within 14 days may be restocked.

 

Returns & Exchanges

For the health and safety of all our clients, skincare and cosmetic products are intimate, single-user items.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and digital services are final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

 

Consultations, Virtual Services & Acne Programs

 

  • Virtual consultations, treatment plans, and acne program packages are professional services. Once a consultation has taken place or a personalized plan has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling and missed appointments are covered by our Cancellation & Late Policy.

  • Product and treatment recommendations are tailored to your skin, and results depend on consistent at-home care and following your plan. We are honest about this: we cannot promise specific outcomes, but we are fully committed to supporting you throughout your journey.

 

Gift Cards

 

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

 

## Promotions & Discounts

 

Promo codes and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, carry no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

 

Pricing & Product Information

 

We do our best to display accurate prices, descriptions, and images. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order, issuing a full refund where payment has already been made.
