Cancellation & Late Policy
At face time skin boutique, every appointment is time reserved especially for you. When you book, that slot is held just for you, so we kindly ask that you respect the policy below. It helps us care for every client without rushing or turning others away.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. With 48 hours’ notice, you can move or cancel your appointment at no charge. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another client.
To help you remember, we do our best to confirm appointments by text, email, and phone. As long as you respond promptly to our reminders, you can make changes without a fee.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments missed without notice (no-shows), will be charged a $50 fee, because the time was set aside specifically for you.
Deposits & Online Consultations
We do not require a deposit to book an in-person appointment. Online consultations are an exception: they must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. All consent forms are completed online through our booking system when you book, so there’s no paperwork to fill out on arrival — just come ready to relax.
We start and finish on schedule out of respect for the clients who follow. A short delay of 15–20 minutes can usually be accommodated, but your treatment may be shortened to fit the remaining time, and the full price still applies. If you are more than 20 minutes late and we cannot fit you in without affecting the next client, we may need to reschedule, and the missed-appointment fee will apply.
Emergencies
We understand that life happens. If an emergency comes up, please reach out as soon as you can — we will always do our best to work with you.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can reschedule or cancel by text message, by email at [facetimeclinicny@gmail.com](mailto:facetimeclinicny@gmail.com), or through our online booking system. Please don’t rely on social media messages, as they may not be seen in time.
