RESCHEDULING, CANCELLING AND NO-SHOWS:

At FaceTime, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. When you book with us, we dedicate the time and expertise of our skilled therapists to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your appointment and fill the time slot with another client.

If you do not provide 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, you will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment cost. This is because the time was reserved specifically for you.

To assist you, we make every effort to confirm appointments through text messages, emails, and phone calls. If you need to change your appointment, you can do so without incurring a fee as long as you respond promptly to our reminders.

Cancellation & Late Policy
   •    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellations.
   •    In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate such situations, appointments canceled or missed without 24-hour notice will incur a $50 fee.
   •    If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment without disrupting other clients. In that case, the $50 fee for a missed appointment will apply.
